Fertility reflexology can help to balance the body; preparing your body and mind ready to conceive. Suitable for both women and men who might be experiencing fertility issues, on a natural or IVF path. - Consultation is required for all fertility clients - male and/or female - Review any/all test results available - Discuss the benefits of temperature charting - Weekly analysis of temperature charts - Recommendation of supplements - key nutritional vitamins and minerals to support reproduction - Monitor and advise on stress levels, exposure to harmful chemicals, diet, fluid intake, exercise - How's the health of your egg and sperm? - How's the strength of your ovulation? - How are your progesterone levels and the strength of your uterine lining? - Consider the DNA of the egg and sperm, any fragmentation that could affect reproduction and retaining a successful pregnancy?
