Natural Fertility

Many factors affect fertility, from lifestyle factors - stress, diet, smoking etc. - to health problems such as PCOS, Polycystic Ovaries and Endometriosis in women and low sperm count in men. Difficulty conceiving naturally causes stress and anxiety of its own, causing further, future, fertility problems.

Assisted Conception

Reflexology when undertaken ahead of an assisted conception programme can have a positive impact on egg and sperm quality. When undergoing assisted conception, weekly reflexology treatments work alongside IVF/ICSI protocols, increasing the effectiveness of the protocol and importantly keeping stress and anxiety to a minimum, increasing the chance of pregnancy mid-treatment.

Fertility Consultation

Please note a Fertility Consultation is required for all fertility clients - male and/or female.

As part of the consultation I will:

​

• Review any/all test results available

• Discuss the benefits of temperature charting

• Review weekly your temperature charts to monitor: 

         - Health of your egg and sperm

         - Strength of your ovulation

         - Progesterone levels

         - Strength of your uterine lining 

         - DNA of the egg and sperm

         - Evidence of fragmentation that could affect reproduction and pregnancy retention

•  Recommend supplements, key nutritional vitamins and minerals to support reproduction

•  Monitor and advise on stress levels, exposure to harmful chemicals, diet, fluid intake, exercise
